      The QMS queuing system makes the customer realize that they came to a friendly institution. The customer collects the ticket in a transparent way, is informed about the progress of service and is called to the right position at the right time.

      It-solve works on the entire IT service of the QMS system, which consists of QMS Profi, QMS Standard and QMS Web. These are tools that we have significantly optimized.

      The system works from the level of both a desktop computer, tablet and mobile phone - it allows you to make an appointment online, by downloading a number or making an appointment from a mobile application for Android and iOS.

      The customer can monitor the progress of service on an ongoing basis, while the facility administrator sees the current traffic in the facility and has a chance to react to possible events.

      The QMS system also ensures the collection of statistical data, which allows to control the efficiency of employees and significantly optimize their work.
